How does billing work?

All plans are billed monthly or annually (with a discount for annual billing). Pricing is per staff member per month, and you can add or remove staff as your team grows. You'll be charged based on the number of staff members in your account at the time of billing.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle, with prorated charges or credits applied as needed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and process payments securely through Stripe. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

What's included in each plan?

The Basic plan (up to 20 clients, 10 staff) includes essential features for small teams: basic shift management, calendar views, staff portal, time tracking, timesheet management, service agreements, basic dashboard, and archived data management. The Pro plan includes unlimited clients and staff, plus advanced features like bulk operations, comprehensive reports & analytics, advanced dashboard metrics, team announcements, data export, advanced availability management, and priority support. The Premium plan includes all Pro features plus dedicated account manager, enhanced onboarding, and enterprise-level support.

What happens if I need to cancel?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you can export all your data before cancellation.
